Solution Demo Engineers will create training materials for customers as well as internal users as per product requirement. This position is a key step to build a long and successful career in supply chain solutions, especially within the global organization of Maersk. Key Responsibilities Conduct demos of on-boarded products such as Emission Dashboard, Supply Chain Platform, and the others as required to customers Translates customer requirements and data into Maersk solution use cases Maersk Demo Studio configuration for generic and customer specific storylines / use cases Regular and on-demand Maersk Demo Studio maintenance and updates Demo Data preparation, script creation and maintenance Collaborate with product owners to understand value proposition of products and create commercial demo videos for customers Works with various Maersk colleagues across product, operations, and sales in developing specifications, analysing requirements as well as developing, testing, and maintaining solution demonstration environments Collaborates with appropriate parties to ensure product issues are communicated, understood, and resolved in support of sales opportunity timelines. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text with critical thinking skills Manage own tasks in the pursuit team to the highest quality within the assigned deadline Display role model behaviour on ownership, motivation, and teamwork. Given the fast-paced work environment, on-board new products and develop good understanding of the products in short time to prepare demos, commercial demo videos and training guides based on requirements Regularly engage with MDCC Community to create visibility for the team Requirements Good understanding of the fundamentals of a customer supply chain in one or more verticals and how it relates to Maersk solutions Strong communication and presentation skills to elicit the implications of the assigned tasks for the customer and Maersk Possess good knowledge of and continue learning about supply chain industry and Maersks offerings Willingness to take-on new work and learn new products/platforms/tools based on project requirements Tech savvy and particularly knowledgeable around Supply Chain solution applications. B.E from a reputed college (Mechanical, electrical, Computer Science, etc). Specialisation in supply chain management MBA equivalent Knowledge/Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics would be preferrable. At least 5-7 years of prior experience working with Supply chain solutions covering Transportation Management, Import/Export, Visibility applications. In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Good Knowledge of MS Power BI and Power App is nice to have Third-party logistics, freight forwarding, or other logistics service provider experience is a plus Strong quantitative, research, and data analytics skills contributing towards problem solving Skilful at analysing, interpreting, and presenting large datasets Persuasive personality and ability to connect with stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
