Freight Broker Location - Mohali Eligibility - Fresher and Experienced Key Responsibilities: Source, secure, and manage freight loads by connecting with carriers and shippers Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and handle any issues proactively Maintain and grow relationships with current and prospective clients and carriers Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for all freight-related inquiries Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Work from home Schedule: Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
