Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Freelancer with expertise in Revit MEP/Architecture parametric family creation to support our BIM team on an as-needed basis. This is a project-based, remote engagement ideal for individuals not seeking a full-time position but who can deliver quality output within defined timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: Create, modify, and optimize parametric Revit families (MEP/Architecture/Structure as required). Develop families with proper parameters, constraints, and visibility settings as per project standards. Ensure all families are compliant with BIM standards and project-specific requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to understand project needs and deliver accordingly. Maintain a proper documentation process for developed families. Key Skills Required: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with a focus on Family Editor . Experience in creating fully parametric, scalable, and reusable families . Knowledge of Revit MEP/Architecture workflows and standards. Familiarity with LOD specifications (e.g., LOD 300, LOD 400) . Ability to work independently and deliver within given deadlines. Engagement Type: Freelance / Contractual Work will be assigned as per project needs . Not on company payroll
