Freelancer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create, modify, and optimize
parametric Revit families
(MEP/Architecture/Structure as required).
Develop families with proper parameters, constraints, and visibility settings as per project standards.
Ensure all families are compliant with
BIM standards
and project-specific requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand project needs and deliver accordingly.
Maintain a proper documentation process for developed families.

Key Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in
Autodesk Revit
with a focus on
Family Editor
.
Experience in creating
fully parametric, scalable, and reusable families
.
Knowledge of
Revit MEP/Architecture
workflows and standards.
Familiarity with
LOD specifications (e.g., LOD 300, LOD 400)
.
Ability to work independently and deliver within given deadlines.
