Basic Programming Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  offline training sessions

  on

  HTML and CSS

  for 1.5 hours from

  Monday to Friday

• Design and deliver a structured curriculum suitable for beginners.
• Provide practical examples, coding exercises, and hands-on sessions.
• Assign

  weekly assignments and coding tasks

  to reinforce concepts.
• Conduct

  written tests and viva sessions

  every Saturday to evaluate student progress.
• Address student queries, encourage participation, and support their learning journey.
• Share timely feedback and performance insights with the academic team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong foundational knowledge in

  HTML, CSS

  , and web design principles.
• Prior teaching/training experience is highly preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.
• Organized, punctual, and student-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in classroom training or mentoring students offline.
• Familiarity with basic assessment methods and tools.
