Freelance Videographer & Editor

About the Project

We are producing a conversational podcast and are looking for a reliable videographer with their own equipment who can handle shooting + editing. Episodes are typically 30–60 minutes, shot indoors in a controlled setup.

Responsibilities

• Shoot podcast episodes (2-camera or 3-camera setup preferred)
• Ensure clean audio capture (lav mics/shotgun mic)
• Manage lighting setup
• Deliver edited videos in vertical + horizontal formats
• Basic colour correction and sound mixing
• Deliver social media cuts (Reels/Shorts) from each episode

Requirements

• Must have own equipment (camera, lenses, mics, lighting)
• Experience shooting talk shows, interviews, or podcasts
• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci)
• Ability to turn around edits quickly (3–5 days preferred)
• Creative eye for framing and storytelling

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating short-form content
• Understanding of social media trends
• Ability to guide hosts on angles/framing/look
