What You’ll Be Doing: Shoot high-quality video content for brands, campaigns, social media, and ads Plan, scout, and execute shoots (sometimes solo, sometimes with our creative team) Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar Add music, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and all the little touches that make videos feel complete Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring ideas to life Stay on top of trends in video editing, social media formats, and what makes people stop scrolling What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in videography and editing (agency or freelance experience is cool too) A solid portfolio or showreel that shows off your skills and creativity Strong knowledge of camera gear, lighting, audio, and post-production workflows Good taste.
