Freelance Photographer/Videographer

You will be joining a sustainability-focused textile company in Bangalore that is committed to producing eco-friendly fabrics, ethical fashion, and sustainable manufacturing practices. As a creative visual storyteller, your role will involve capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content to showcase the company's products, processes, and brand values across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Photography: - Take high-quality product photos including flat lays, lifestyle shoots, and fabric textures - Capture factory/studio process shots, sustainability initiatives, and team photos - Assist in styling shoots to maintain brand aesthetic - Videography: - Plan, shoot, and record videos for campaigns, social media, brand stories, reels, YouTube, and marketing materials - Record behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, product demos, and events - Video Editing & Post-Production: - Edit videos into short-form and long-form formats for various platforms - Add music, transitions, color correction, and basic motion graphics - Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual content - Content Support: - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts - Provide recommendations for visual styles and content ideas - Organize and manage media files effectively Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in photography, videography, and editing with a portfolio to showcase your work - Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software - Basic photo editing skills using Lightroom or Photoshop - Strong grasp of lighting, composition, and storytelling techniques - Ability to work independently during shoots - Interest in sustainability, textiles, or fashion is preferred - Must be based in Bangalore and available for location shoots Nice-to-Have Skills: - Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation - Experience in creating content for social media platforms - Drone videography skills - Previous experience in creative direction Please note that this is a contractual/temporary freelance position with a contract length of 3 months.
