Job Description

We are seeking a

Freelance In-Office Designer

who will be responsible for creating visually compelling thumbnails for our content. This role requires someone with strong design skills, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate learning topics into attractive and engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design thumbnails aligned with Seekho s brand identity.
Work closely with the content team to understand requirements.
Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms.
Deliver high-quality, visually engaging thumbnails within agreed timelines.

Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent + AI tools
Ability to conceptualize creative ideas quickly and execute them efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Ability to work in-office and collaborate effectively with the team.

Freelance/contract basis with defined deliverables (20-25 thumbnails/day).
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and quality of work.
