Freelance English Trainers

Position Summary:

• Role: Freelance English Trainer for The Hindu Group STEP
• Program: The Hindu Group's Standardised Test for English Proficiency (STEP)
• Location: Baddi, Solan District, Himachal Pradesh
• Schedule: Daily, for 2 hours per day (likely for a fixed program duration like 2 weeks).
• Priority: Local candidates from Baddi or Solan will be given first preference.

Key Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Must hold a degree in the English language (e.g., M.A. in English, B.A. in English Literature, etc.). Other fields may not be considered.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience specifically as an English Teacher or English Trainer. Corporate soft skills training alone may not suffice unless it heavily focused on English language delivery.
• Residency: Being a local resident of Baddi or Solan is a major advantage and is explicitly preferred by the client.
