You will be joining a dynamic fashion startup known for challenging size norms and embracing authentic fashion. Our brand is characterized by bold visuals, captivating Reels, and unapologetic content. As we continue to push boundaries and redefine fashion standards, we are looking for a talented individual who can effectively capture our brand's energy through photography. As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include shooting, editing, and sharing impactful content quickly. You do not necessarily require a DSLR camera; a keen eye, an iPhone, and proficient editing skills are what we value the most. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating various forms of short-form content, such as Reels, behind-the-scenes footage, try-on sessions, styling tips, and trend showcases using an iPhone. Additionally, you will be expected to edit this content using apps like CapCut, VN, InShot, with a strong emphasis on understanding pacing and creating engaging hooks. We encourage you to contribute fresh content ideas regularly and actively participate in maintaining and expanding our Instagram presence. Collaboration on campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes will also be part of your role. To thrive in this position, you should have a proven track record of creating successful content either for brands or yourself. Ideally, you should be based in Delhi or have the ability to conduct occasional in-person shoots with our products. Understanding what captures the attention of viewers, being creative, reliable, and adaptable to flexible work schedules are qualities we highly value. Knowledge of fashion, Gen Z/young urban culture, or streetwear would be advantageous. This position offers project-based work with a flexible monthly arrangement based on content volume.
