You are an experienced and proactive PHP Project Manager sought by Exotica IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali. In this role, you will lead and coordinate web development projects using PHP, WordPress, and Shopify platforms. You will be responsible for managing project scope, goals, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing multiple web development projects, creating and managing FRDs and BRDs, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies for project planning and monitoring, tracking tasks and progress using Jira, identifying and managing project risks, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a PHP development environment, proven experience with WordPress and Shopify projects, expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks, hands-on experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client expectations. Nice to have skills include experience with Shopify Plus, knowledge of other eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce and Magento, and familiarity with page builders such as Shogun or PageFly.
