Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop and maintain business architecture models.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business requirements.- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive decision-making.- Create detailed documentation of business processes and systems. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in EPIC Systems.- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.- Experience in conducting business impact analysis.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management.- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools like Visio.
