As a Fraud Risk Manager at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the realm of fraud risk management, operations, and investigations. You will play a crucial role in mitigating fraud risks and ensuring compliance with global standards. To excel in this position, you should possess a graduate degree in Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field and have at least 8 years of experience in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing a team of 100+ members, focusing on Quality Management, Product Management, and Process Management. You will lead a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Consultants, ensuring timely and accurate investigation of fraud cases. Additionally, you will provide coaching, performance feedback, and daily task allocation to enhance team efficiency and alignment with business objectives. You will be expected to conduct comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and impact assessment for high-risk incidents, monitor evolving fraud trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Policy, Product, Legal, and Engineering. Moreover, you will represent the fraud team in global forums, client interactions, and strategic discussions, maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with emerging fraud trends.
