As a skilled engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of automotive components throughout the entire process, from conceptualization to production. Your expertise in creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CATIA V5/V6 will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the design process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance will be essential to optimize designs and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. You will be expected to tackle complex engineering challenges and drive continuous improvements in the design and development process. Your role will also involve providing support for prototype development and testing, as well as mentoring and guiding junior engineers in the implementation of best practices. Your proficiency in CATIA V5/V6, experience with Enovia/3DExperience, and strong knowledge of materials such as plastics and sheet metal, manufacturing processes, and industry standards will be instrumental in your success in this role. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in Europe and familiarity with FRAS and OAS. This position is based in the Bangalore office (IBC) with a 5-day work from office schedule and a shift timing from 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm.,
