We are seeking a dynamic Project Lead to spearhead the complete implementation of our Hospital Management System (HMS), ERPNext, and HRMS on the Frappe platform. This position is based onsite in Hyderabad and necessitates close collaboration with clinical, finance, HR, and admin teams to ensure a successful rollout. The physical presence at the hospital is mandatory for this role. As the Project Lead, your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end HMS & ERPNext HRMS implementation on the Frappe platform, being present onsite at the hospital daily to collaborate directly with Finance, Clinical, Admin, and HR teams, identifying process gaps, guiding the implementation team, and ensuring smooth adoption. You will also be conducting regular onsite meetings, sharing updates, managing feedback loops, overseeing requirements, UAT, data migration, and go-live, coordinating customizations, integrations (PACS, LIS, GST/Compliance, HRMS), and reporting, as well as providing training and support to end-users post go-live. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2+ years of experience in Healthcare/ERPNext/Frappe implementations. It is mandatory to possess an understanding of Indian healthcare finance & compliance (GST, NABH, Insurance/TPA). Excellent coordination, communication skills are a must. ERPNext/Frappe certification is a plus. The compensation offered is competitive along with travel & accommodation allowance. Local Hyderabad candidates are preferred for this position.,
