This position plays a critical role in driving student enrollments through effective counseling, lead follow-up, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in education sales or counseling, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Sales Engage with prospective students and parents via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual sessions. Understand candidate needs and offer suitable program/course recommendations. Deliver persuasive course presentations to maximize conversions. Follow a consultative approach to build trust and establish long-term relationships. Lead Management & Conversion Manage and nurture leads from multiple channels digital, events, referrals, walk-ins. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets. Track lead status through CRM and ensure timely follow-up. Coordinate with tele-callers and marketing teams for lead quality and campaign feedback. Centre-Level Coordination Assist the Centre Head/Sales Manager in organizing seminars, admission drives, and open-house sessions. Maintain accurate documentation of student information, counseling logs, and admission forms. Handle basic front-desk activities when required registration, follow-up reminders, etc. Relationship Building Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction. Address queries, objections, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Foster positive relationships for word-of-mouth marketing and referrals. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in student counseling or education sales. Familiarity with higher education, vocational training, or test prep industry is a strong plus. Fluent in English and local language (if applicable). Prior experience using CRM or lead tracking systems. Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-focused, target-oriented mindset. Comfortable handling student & parent interactions , with the ability to explain career opportunities convincingly. Strong lead management & CRM experience , adept at timely follow-ups and nurturing prospects. Experience in seminars, workshops, and open-house sessions for student recruitment. Exposure to front-office responsibilities (registration, admission formalities, documentation). Language & Communication: Fluent in English , with the ability to present and persuade. Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil (local connect is a strong advantage). Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to handle student aspirations and parental concerns empathetically.
