Hi, We are hiring Job Title: Territory Sales Officer Retail Experience: 2-10 Years Job Location: Pune CTC: upto 7 LPA Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities 1. Territory Sales Officer Retail ( Franchise Model /COFO/FOFO) Location Pune Job Responsibilities Acquisition of franchisees for Xclusive program in the identified towns , make cold calls and locate franchisees and open new franchises Handle the whole process from franchisee acquisition to start up Monitoring the performance of the franchisees on parameters like Transaction value, Loyalty program enrolment & redemption etc Implementing company initiatives to improve sales / drive footfalls Conceptualizing and implementing marketing program to make the franchisee successful Retail activations at the stores to improve sales Ensure the store is run as per company laid down norms and standards Skills and Attributes Business Development / Analytical Ability / Ability to think out of the box / Go getter Standard Eligibility criteria Candidate should be from Retail sector. Priority will be from Kitchen Appliances/Home Appliances/Electronics, etc. Age should be within 35 years. Salary will be 25% hike on current CTC and maximum budget would be 7 LPA for this role. 2 – 3 years of experience in Retail.
