Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Drive employee engagement initiatives and establish channels to capture employee feedback and sentiments regularly. Assist in performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning. Organize and coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees. Handle HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR compliance, and policy administration. Monitor and analyze employee feedback, engagement levels, and workplace satisfaction to implement proactive HR strategies. Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
