Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and Product Owners to align testing strategies with business goals. Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Contribute to test automation initiatives and framework enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Petroleum, Geophysics, Geology, or Chemical Engineering with a GPA 7.5. Minimum 4 years of QA experience, preferably in upstream Oil & Gas software environments. Solid understanding of drilling and completions workflows such as well construction, fluids management, and performance monitoring. ISTQB Foundation Level Certification is preferred but not mandatory. Technical Expertise Proficient in software testing methodologies: Smoke, Functional, Integration, Performance, Regression, and UAT. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and ALM tools like Azure DevOps/TFS or JIRA. Familiarity with engineering software such as WellCat, WellPlan, and Compass is a plus.
