As the ESG Software Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the concept, development, launch, and updates of our ESG software. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams including ESG experts, developers, designers, and users to align on features and ensure a cohesive product experience. You will be the key advocate for promoting the platform capabilities to our global clients and partners, as well as engaging with clients to collect feedback, define needs, and suggest enhancements to continuously improve the software. It will be essential for you to stay up-to-date with ESG standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, BRSR, CDP, and ensure compliance within the platform. Managing third-party integrations and maintaining system performance will also fall under your responsibilities. Keeping a pulse on ESG trends and technological developments in the market will be crucial to inform product decisions and strategy. In addition to your product-focused duties, you will assist in sales and support enablement by participating in demos, onboarding processes, and addressing technical queries. Creating user guides and contributing to training content will also be part of your role to ensure users can effectively utilize the software.
