Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the local market, identifying and engaging with potential customers to drive growth and market penetration. Take full ownership of your accounts, managing them with a focus on profitability up to the contribution margin. Ensure that all financial targets are met or exceeded. Engage with customers at all levels, from high-level executives to operational decision-makers in purchasing and technical departments. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Work closely with other markets to develop and manage international customers, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to global account management. Consult the customer technically in order to choose the right product from us Identify on the market new needs and convince the organization to invest into it Preparation and execution of global product and customer trainings as well as trade fairs Developing, identifying, and evaluating ideas for product development with consideration of cost-effectiveness, and forwarding them, e.g., to the development department Evaluation of product proposals and their technical feasibility Creation of requirement profiles for products to be developed Your Profile: At least 5 years of experience in the railway industry, with major local customers such as operators or suppliers and strong knowledge in the injection molding and extrusion Experience in other industries such as automation or renewable energies is a plus. At least 3 years of business development experience, or you are an engineer eager to build a career in sales and new business development. Strong understanding of injection molding and extrusion processes in order to guide customers Ideally you combine both world, technical expertise and commercial new business development skills, so you are the mix of a technical product manager and commercial talent Self-motivated and organized, with a strong sales mindset. Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second European language is a plus, but not mandatory. Willing to travel 40-60%. Work permit for India. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
