Responsibilities Leads UI teams to create visually compelling and functional interfaces across platforms, ensuring design consistency and high-quality execution Shapes and presents the visual direction in key pitches, contributing to business growth through strong creative leadership and client engagement Reviews all visual design work to maintain excellence in craft, attention to detail, and alignment with brand and product goals Champions best practices in visual design, accessibility, responsiveness, and modern design systems Brings deep expertise in UI tools, design systems, motion, and interface trends Mentors designers through feedback, reviews, and development plans; fosters a culture of growth, collaboration, and creative excellence Identifies opportunities to elevate client work through innovative design, brand storytelling, and emerging visual trends
