You are an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant with a strong technical skill set in creating integrations and extensions as per client requirements. Your role will involve design, development, configuration, test script execution, performing proof of concept, building user training materials, and supporting testing milestones for full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations. As a manager-level position, you will be responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio, which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area, or region. Your main responsibilities will include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement. You will be held accountable for operational/financial metrics, maintaining project/portfolio profitability, ensuring quality project delivery, and maintaining customer reference ability. Your role also involves adherence to operational policies, achievement of portfolio performance to support business plans, solution and pricing of proposals, and supporting the sales process. You will be responsible for managing a profitable revenue stream and providing oversight to projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner. Demonstrating solid project management principles and successfully managing projects of increasing complexity are key requirements for this role. You should be comfortable working in a matrix management environment and possess strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus is expected, with selling skills preferred.
