Review of project master schedule and Prepare & control departmental detailed engineering schedule. Prepare manpower resource plan as per allocated man-hours & monitor/control in-house man-hours & offloading cost. Discuss & formulate Execution Strategy & Prepare project execution plan highlighting strategies & follow the same. Highlight any point regarding other department if observed in contract documents, during proposal as well as project execution, in timely fashion. Monitor weekly progress continuously w.r.t. reference plan. Identify statutory regulation & follow the same. Identify the documents for approval of Classification societys like ABS / DNV. Co-ordinate with client & resolve the technical issues. Expedite client / vendor through projects to get necessary information in timely manner.
