Job location is based out of Bangalore, Karnataka What you will do: Support Marine Operations management including but not limited to operations of marine equipment and systems on FPSO units. Ensure fleetwide FPSO systems including cargo, slop, ballast, and offloading systems are maintained operated safely and efficiently. Provide expertise to deepwater Business Units on safety and compliance of all Class and Flag state regulations including environmental standards. (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISPS, ISM etc.) Participate in risk assessments and safety drills and manage emergency response procedures for marine incidents. Coordinate with Crude lifting teams and export tanker operators if needed on offloading operations, for new operations, liaise with local authorities, marine operation managers, and senior pilots to ensure safe marine navigation inside the 500m zone and offloading operations Support in organizing and manage maintenance operations for marine equipment. Monitor the condition of navigation aids, safety control systems, and offloading equipment. Ensure the integrity of storage, export, and ballast piping systems. Expert advisory on Life Saving Appliances, emergency Evacuation Procedures, Cargo, stability, stress monitoring of vessel hull and safe ballast operations Support fleet wise standardization and preparation of offloading documentation, including Bills of Lading, Cargo Manifests, and Certificates of Quality and Quantity. Maintain records of FPSO statutory certifications and ensure their compliance. About You: Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 yr. experience as a Chief Officer or Master on board oil tankers, or five (5) years as a Loading Master on FPSO units. Demonstrated leadership in execution and safety in carrying out FPSO berthing. Deep knowledge on Offloading equipment including chain and cargo export hose, pilotage of tankers, turnaround of export tankers for oil terminal FPSO Experience in marine vessel logistics of across OSV, Tugs in the field for FPSO, monitoring crew changes, supply provisions and helicopter operations etc. Must have sailed as a senior licensed Deck or Engine officer onboard conventional tankers or LNG Carriers Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards with preferably DP Operator Certificate. Experience with vessel audits and inspections; Familiarity with maritime safety management systems. Proficiency in executing tank and system repairs and managing impact to offloading delays Experience in computerized Maintenance Management System, updating records and generate reports Strong leadership and collaboration, ability to communicate clearly and interface with Senior Management. Role & responsibilities To deliver Rotating Equipment assurance in compliance with Regulatory, Company and International Codes & Standards for Oil & Gas facilities through O & M services , through carrying out Plant Modifications & Asset Integrity related work of existing O & M assets and through the delivery of Brownfield Projects (including preparing design deliverables, review / approval of the same done by engineering contractors) Preferred candidate profile The individual is dutybound to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practices are adhered to at all times whilst adopting exemplary safe behaviors per Company HSSE policies. Provide technical support for Monitoring, Inspection and Repair of associated equipment Monitor progress of the development of design deliverables and propose corrective actions in the event of potential schedule overruns. Prepare technical and progress reports to support flow of key information to management to assist in decision making. Participate in the procurement process (e.g. ITT requisition packages) through the evaluation of technical submissions including technical pre-qualification of vendors. Role & responsibilities 1. Sr. Designer is responsible for quality of 2D Drawings/ 3D model and quality of all model based deliverables like Isometrics, GADs, Civil & Mech information drawings, supporting and support sketches. 2. Should guide juniors and coordinate with AE for individual areas and sort out all technical problems of area. 3. Should be able to explain / participate in plot plan meetings with internal / external customers. 4. Shall understand in depth P&ID requirements and should able to design piping network to take care of the same in the piping design. 5. Shall be able to read vendor drawings and shall be able to provide comments to suit piping design needs. 6. Able to prepare nozzle orientation drawing, support clips, GA, Plot Plans. Should understand usage of Check Lists. 7. Should be able to participate in 3D Model reviews. 8. Must have min. 2 nos. FPSO Topside Detail Engineering execution experience.
