This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality, compliance, and readiness of deliverables across multiple functional areas, integrations, and data migration streams Required Skills & Experience 10+ years in software testing, with 3+ years in a Test Manager role. Establish entry/exit criteria, test scope, and risk mitigation plans across SIT, UAT, E2E, and regression phases Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements using ALM/JIRA and RTM Lead test execution across SAP modules including GL, FPSL, Tax, Reporting, and CDS Views Coordinate with functional leads, developers, and business SMEs to validate business processes and data flows. Oversee validation of inbound/outbound interfaces and ensure data integrity Manage defect lifecycle in ALM and JIRA, including triage, RCA, and resolution tracking Escalate risks and blockers to PMO and leadership with mitigation plans. Ensure all test artifacts (plans, cases, evidence, summary reports) are audit-ready Provide QA sign-off and test summary reports with deferred defect logs for Go-Live readiness Track and report test metrics, coverage, and quality KPIs. Facilitate test kick-offs, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder reviews. Mentor QA team members and enforce process adherence per standards Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned.
