Description We are seeking a Staff ASIC RTL Digital Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASIC design and will be responsible for developing high-quality RTL designs, participating in verification processes, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful project completion. Responsibilities Design and implement RTL code for ASIC digital circuits. Perform RTL simulations and verification using tools like ModelSim or VCS. Collaborate with verification engineers to ensure design functionality and performance. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Work closely with physical design teams to ensure successful handoff and integration of digital designs. Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the development and testing phases. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in ASIC digital design and RTL coding. Proficient in VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog for RTL design. Experience with digital design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics. Strong understanding of digital logic design principles and methodologies. Familiarity with ASIC design flow, including synthesis, place and route, and timing closure. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

FPGA SoC Prototyping Engineer We are seeking an FPGA SoC Prototyping Engineer to develop and optimize FPGA-based prototypes for SoC validation. You will be responsible for FPGA synthesis, timing closure, partitioning, power flows, and system integration , enabling efficient presilicon verification and early software development. Key responsibilities: Build high-performance FPGA prototypes , addressing synthesis, timing, and system constraints . Debug and resolve synthesis, timing, and functional issues with design and verification teams. Innovate automation flows to improve FPGA usability and validation efficiency . Develop hybrid prototyping solutions (FPGA + virtual platforms) for SoC verification. Drive power-aware FPGA methodologies for accurate modeling and optimization. Support IP and SoC bring-up, testbench debugging, and system integration . This role requires problem-solving, creativity, and persistence to push the limits of FPGA prototyping for next-gen SoCs. Qualifications Proficiency in HDLs: Expertise in Verilog for FPGA design and development.FPGA Tools: Hands-on experience with Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, or similar tools.Prototyping and Debugging: Strong skills in FPGA prototyping boards and debugging tools (e.g., logic analyzers, chipscope).Simulations: experience in signal level debug of large and complex designs in a simulation environmentAdvantages:Industry standards: familiarity with protocols like AXI, PCIe, USB. hands on experience is a strong advantage.Scripting: Proficiency in Python, TCL, or similar for automation and tool scripting.experience in CPUs, GPUs, complex fabrics and/or graphics chip is a strong advantage.

As FPGA Designer, you will be responsible for the definition and development of complex FPGA designs for AWG & Digitizer products and work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with R&D Project Manager, Product Architects, Solution Teams, Software Qualification and Software Engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. The candidate should be a strong team worker and should be able and willing to collaborate with other design teams located in the US & Europe. Essential: - Bachelor degree or Master degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering - 4-8 years of experience in FPGA development (Altera, Xilinx) - Experience of RTL languages - VHDL and Verilog - Experience of Xilinx FPGA Tools Design Flow - Vivado, Chipscope - Experience with timing closure for complex designs - Experience of Functional Simulation tools Synopsys or Mentor or Cadence or Vivado simulator - Experience of creating a self-checking Simulation environment involving test bench, scripts for automation, writing test cases. - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and product segments - Excellent written skills which are required for creating documents like Product Definition, Detailed FPGA Design, Hardware & Software Interface documents - Self-motivated and self-organized - Excellent team-player, responsive and accountable - Excellent verbal communication skills Preferred: - Experience with high data throughput real time processing (~ 1GSPS), PCIe, DDR memories, FSM, etc - Experience using Test & Measurement lab equipment. - Knowledge of C/C++.
