Role Overview: As a part-time recruiter (4 hours/day), you will: ▶ Match FP&A job openings with suitable candidates ▶ Manage job board listings and candidate pipeline ▶ Coordinate with hiring managers and job seekers ▶ Support our growth by helping scale recruitment operations Who You Are: ✅ Experience in recruitment, HR, or finance roles (preferred) ✅ Excellent with communication and organizational skills ✅ Comfortable working independently in a remote setup ✅ Empathetic and motivated to help professionals grow What We Offer: - ₹15,000–₹20,000/month fixed + Recruitment Success Fee (performance based variable pay) - Fully remote, 4 hours/day - A supportive, mission-driven team - Flexibility and opportunity to grow with us
