FP&A Finance Operations - Specialist

In this role at Annalect India, you will be responsible for supporting the business finance teams in delivering strong financial performance. You will work closely with the Global Agency Finance teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform monthly financial planning analysis for multiple P&L departments - Conduct variance analysis and roll-forwards to ensure accuracy - Prepare support schedules for inter/intra company allocations and journal entries - Reconcile monthly actuals, reforecasts, and budgets between TM1 and OneStream - Review, approve, and code vendor and travel expenses - Coordinate with Systems Manager and Operations for setting up new vendors and job codes You will collaborate with Global Finance Leaders and agency Finance Team members to achieve group goals related to Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Working Capital, and accounting support. **Qualifications:** **Required:** - Work in US shift hours - 7+ years of work experience - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Ability to multitask and perform under pressure - Detail-oriented with good organizational and deadline-oriented skills - Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously - Strong knowledge of Excel, including x-lookups and pivot tables **Preferred:** - Strong communication and writing skills - Technical accounting and analytical skills - Outgoing personality with the ability to establish rapport and work efficiently with team members at various levels.,
