FP&A Finance Operations - Specialist

As a Lead at Annalect India, you will be utilizing your strong accounting and analytical skills to support the business finance teams and ensure strong financial performance. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Global Agency Finance teams. Responsibilities: - Responsible for monthly financial planning analysis for multiple P&L departments - Perform variance analysis and roll-forwards to ensure accuracy - Prepare support schedules for inter/intra company allocations, accruals, and journal entries - Publish and reconcile monthly actuals, reforecasts, and budget between TM1 and OneStream - Review, approve, and code vendor and travel expenses - Coordinate with Systems Manager and Operations for setting up new vendors, job codes, etc. You will be working closely with Global Finance Leaders and members of agency Finance Team to achieve group goals related to Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Working Capital, and accounting support. Qualifications: Required: - Ability to work in US shift hours - 7+ years of work experience - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines - Highly detail-oriented and organized - Self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work autonomously - Strong knowledge of Excel, including x-lookups and pivot tables Preferred: - Strong communication and writing skills - Technical accounting and analytical skills - Outgoing personality with the ability to establish rapport and collaborate effectively with team members across different functions and levels,
