• Designing and release of format parts as per SO. Keeping in view FTR aspect as well as priority. Maintain all Format Parts related data. Throughout support to all stakeholders right from order received till dispatch of Format Parts. Extended support in case of issues at customer end in supplied Format Parts

Core

• Scheduling and prioritisation of orders as per business need.
• Design Format Parts, drawing generation/ preparation with all required information. Uploading drawings in SAP
• Maintain data for future reference
• Follow & implement all safety guidelines as per PAMS requirement

Functional

• Checking Approved drawings & SO received from sales in GE
• If incomplete information resends it to sales / Marketing to gather required information from customer
• Categorization of Format Part orders
• Orders to be allocate within Format Part design team
• Managing IN /OUT on number of FP order, planning & prioritization for urgencies for FP order
• Coordinating with PPC for express delivery.
• MIS as per approved formats
• Study the complete requirement, retrieve information of past similar order
• Dependency creation for Order BOM.
• Scope/ Variant creation for new machine model.
• Preparation for data of customer specific requirement
• Preparation for data of special attachment or machine supplied to customer.
• Checking of tablet locking for feeding criticality and feeding parts design
• Format Part design for deep draw forming e.g. Ampoule, Vial, Syringe, Special shape products
• Trouble shooting during Manufacturing, Assembly & Testing
• Conceptualizing and designing new attachments and improvement on standard attachment for format part
• Ensure timely release of all relevant drawings and correct order BOM for Format Part manufacturing purpose
• To Ensure timely Design release for production drafting of part models to be completed either in Auto Cad or 3D modelling software.
• Maintaining complete secrecy of projects handled by him and bring to the notice of seniors any security risk
• To participate in OTM with CFT & intimate about order criticality and gather the information about past learning from CFT on similar order.
• Discussion with CFT for critical FP Order, Critical feeding, customer special requirement and for requirements crossing machine limitations.
• Call meeting of CFT for critical discussion/ requirement.
• Internal support to FP Enquiry Team
• Internal support for to PPC, Manufacturing, Purchase, Assembly Testing and QA for FP Order execution.
• Ensuring FTR design releases
• Intimating sales/ Marketing for critical requirements from customer end through email in case of any information or concerns need to give to sales/ Marketing
• Informing to sales/ Marketing through email in case any development against feeding, machine limitation etc. against the requirement / Blister format drawing
• Support for customer complaints

• Internal process
• Receipt of inputs from sales
• Validate inputs from sales / PPC
• Generate format part drawings through GE
• Generate manual Format Part drawings if nonstandard or out of scope of GE.
• Prepare Bill of Material in MS excel & SAP.
• MM Creation for new parts.
• Blank Drawing generation in coordination with PPC, Mfg. & Purchase
• Master BOM creation in SAP.
• Make record of discussion and require data to be stored in file server for future reference.
• Uploading completed part drawings in SAP.
• Checking the machine limitations against the Format Part Order requirement
• Improving the DR time for part design.
• MRP rerun if any and record it for future reference
• Analysis of past MRP run, finding learnings from it and incorporate the same during DR
• Release of BOM against FOC and record it for future reference
• Analysis of past FOC, finding learnings from it and incorporate the same during DR
• Maintain and update all databases accordingly

• Format Parts design within average 2 days for regular Format Parts
• Average 4 days for critical Format Parts
• Achieve Weekly, Monthly, Yearly targets for all Format part design activities.
• Scaling up capacity as per business requirement
