Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer based in Bhubaneswar. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, conducting research, developing and updating course materials, and mentoring students. The role also includes responsibilities such as grading assignments, participating in faculty meetings, and contributing to the development of the department. Qualifications \n Strong teaching and presentation skills Experience in curriculum development and course planning Expertise in research and academic writing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and guide students Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems Master's or PhD in the relevant field preferred Previous experience in higher education teaching is a plus
