Core Responsibilities: · Store Management : Lead daily operations across multiple apparel stores, ensuring smooth functioning, inventory accuracy, and adherence to brand standards. · Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of retail managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales and operational targets. · Sales & Growth : Drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies aligned with market trends in the apparel sector. Collaborate with teams to hit sales targets and maximize profitability. · Market Analysis : Stay informed of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Use these insights to adjust store strategies and enhance product offerings. · Operational Efficiency : Implement processes that optimize visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. · New Market Expansion : Identify and develop opportunities for business growth by expanding into new geographic regions and increasing the store network. · Financial Oversight : Monitor store-level financial performance to ensure revenue targets are met while minimizing costs and revenue leakage.
