As a member of the Operations Transformation team at PwC, you will play a key role in empowering clients to optimize and transform their operations. Your focus will be on driving innovation in the supply chain, performance management, and process automation by leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Your responsibilities will include providing integrated solutions to enhance visibility, automate processes, and facilitate smarter decision-making. By combining advanced analytics with process enablement, you will help clients transition into a more agile and data-driven organization. We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to join our team, ideally someone with a strong technical background and a passion for transforming supply chain operations through advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supply chain visibility, performance management, analytics, and process automation. You will collaborate with clients to identify operational challenges and design solutions that incorporate mature and emerging technologies such as Alteryx, PowerBI, RPA, GenAI, Palantir Foundry, Fourkites, and P44. In addition to client engagement, you will also contribute to practice building activities including team development, business growth, and capability enhancement. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams, leading analytics projects, and utilizing various technologies to optimize supply chain performance and processes. Key responsibilities will include providing strategic advice on supply chain improvement, leading technology implementation projects, driving process automation initiatives, leveraging data analytics tools for insights, collaborating with clients to develop customized solutions, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring quality and best practices, team building, and business development support. To qualify for this role, candidates should hold an MBA, MTech, or a Master's degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain management or operations focusing on technology-driven transformation, visibility, analytics, RPA, and process enablement. Essential skills include expertise in Alteryx, PowerBI, RPA, and supply chain visibility platforms like Fourkites and P44, as well as a strong understanding of process automation, performance management, ERP systems, and the ability to integrate new tools into existing environments. Relevant certifications in supply chain tools or technologies will be considered a plus. Please note that travel may be required based on client needs.,
