Founding Technical Lead

Role Overview: Are you ready to build the operating system for the next generation of digital workers and architect the platform for the autonomous enterprise CloudRedux is on a mission with FosterX to create autonomous AI agents that can be hired, trained, and deployed to execute any business goal. As the Founding Technical Lead, you will have a rare greenfield opportunity to build a new category of software without inheriting legacy code or technical debt. You will work with an established team and industry leaders to build the engine for autonomous work. Key Responsibilities: - Architect the Agentic Core: Own the technical vision for FosterX, including agent orchestration, memory systems, secure tool-use frameworks, and API integrations. - Build the Foundation: Write scalable and mission-critical code to serve as the bedrock of FosterX for years to come. - Lead by Example: Spend time on architecture, hands-on development, and team leadership, fostering technical excellence and rapid execution. - Be a Strategic Partner: Work with the founder to translate a bold vision into a high-impact technical roadmap. - Solve Fascinating Problems: Make critical decisions on agent collaboration, reliability in tasks, and building learning systems.
