Founding Marketer

As a Founding Marketer at Kalaksh, a profitable and fast-growing D2C watch brand with a significant customer base and loyal following, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and own the brand's storytelling initiatives. Your role will involve planning and directing product shoots, translating them into a compelling website experience, executing creatives for social media, ads, and emails, and ensuring consistency in brand voice. You will also lead campaign planning, focus on non-Meta-led growth strategies, integrate data and insights to iterate brand experiments, and identify and execute brand collaborations. To excel in this role, you should have experience in fast-paced environments such as consumer brands, agencies, or growth-stage startups. You must possess the ability to think strategically, execute creatively, and build brands that generate buzz without relying heavily on performance spend. Autonomy, ownership, and involvement in key decision-making processes are integral aspects of this position. The compensation offered ranges from 15-20 LPA, with a potential path to equity for the right candidate.
