Founders Office Internship (Design & Social Media)

As a Design and Social Media Intern at Maga Retail, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's visual identity on Instagram and Facebook. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging Reels, Carousels, Static Posts, and Stories that align with the brand's aesthetic. You will work closely with the founder to develop a content calendar, post and manage content schedules, and provide visual inputs for product selection. Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, is essential for this role. Familiarity with Canva and basic social media design trends will also be beneficial. Your keen eye for minimal, clean, discovery-driven aesthetics will guide your content creation process. In addition to content creation, you will track basic analytics, collaborate with the founder to maintain a consistent visual language across platforms, and suggest optimizations based on engagement insights. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and agility in a task-based setup are key attributes for success in this role. This internship opportunity is open to students or recent graduates from Design, Media, Communications, or related fields who are based in Mumbai.
