Role Overview

As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work directly with the Founder and core leadership to support day-to-day operations, execution of strategic initiatives, and process optimization across ongoing engagements and internal functions.

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role suited for someone who enjoys working at the ground level, managing multiple priorities, and driving tasks to closure in a fast-paced consulting and startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Execution

  • Support the Founder in daily operational planning and execution.
  • Track operational metrics, prepare MIS reports, and assist in performance monitoring.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Process Improvement & Controls

  • Assist in documenting workflows, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
  • Help implement structured reporting, dashboards, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Support standardization of internal processes for scalability and efficiency.

Project Management

  • Execute and track high-priority, time-sensitive projects from the Founder’s Office.
  • Follow up with the team members to ensure timely completion of action items.
  • Support operational readiness for new initiatives, pilots, and client engagements.

Business & Organizational Support

  • Assist in vendor coordination, partner onboarding, and operational setup.
  • Support operational aspects of business development and client delivery.
  • Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding processes, and internal team operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with data, reports, and operational trackers.
  • High ownership mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (strong Excel/Sheets skills preferred).
  • Prior exposure to operations, consulting, logistics, or startup environments is a plus.
