Run quick growth experiments (LinkedIn, outreach hacks)
Fix operational bottlenecks and set up simple processes
Support product research and user discovery
Build decks, dashboards, or anything that moves the company forward
High ownership and bias for action
Structured thinking - break chaos into steps
Hustle - figure things out with minimal hand-holding
Curiosity to work across marketing, ops, and product
Comfort with data & spreadsheets
