Key Responsibilities

• Program Tracking:

  Ensure product deliverables, clinical updates, and business initiatives are progressing on schedule; maintain trackers and report status directly to the founder.

• Clinical Knowledge Ops:

  Collect, organize, and integrate clinical findings, publications, and guidelines into structured repositories that support product development.

• Competitor Intelligence:

  Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis (products, GTM, pricing, partnerships) and prepare structured briefs to inform strategy.

• Cross-Team Coordination:

  Work with tech, clinical, and business teams to unblock bottlenecks and keep execution momentum.

• Founder Support:

  Create concise reports, decks, and summaries for internal reviews, investor discussions, or external presentations.

What You Should Bring

• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate effectively.
• Proactive ownership mindsetcomfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Interest in healthcare, AI, or startups.
