Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Social Science Faculty to teach Classes 8th to 10th . The ideal candidate should focus on conceptual clarity, exam-oriented preparation, and analytical thinking , ensuring students excel in School Exams, Board Exams, and Olympiad-level competitions . The goal is to make History, Geography, Civics, and Economics engaging while helping students develop a strong foundation for future academic and competitive exams . Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive lectures that simplify complex Social Science concepts. Prepare students for School Exams, Board Exams, and Olympiads with structured lesson plans. Develop critical thinking and analytical skills to help students understand historical events, geographical phenomena, and economic principles. Provide one-on-one doubt-clearing sessions and assist students via digital platforms. Assess students through assignments, tests, and quizzes, providing actionable feedback for improvement. Encourage discussions on current affairs and real-world applications of Social Science. Guide parents regarding academic progress and long-term preparation strategies. Participate in educational workshops and seminars to enhance student engagement. Requirements and Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelors or Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a related field from a reputed institution. Teaching certification (like B.Ed.) or experience in Olympiad coaching is an advantage. Strong conceptual clarity and ability to make Social Science engaging and relevant. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to bring historical and geographical concepts to life. Experience in teaching school-level board exams and Olympiad preparation. Passion for mentoring students and helping them develop analytical skills. Familiarity with digital teaching tools for an interactive learning experience. Prior teaching experience in Social Science for Classes 8th to 10th, focusing on Board Exams and Olympiad preparation.
