Foundation Faculty - Mathematics

We are looking for a dedicated and concept-driven Maths Faculty to teach students of classes 6–10 under the Foundation/Olympiad stream. The role focuses on strengthening fundamentals, building problem-solving skills, and preparing students for NTSE, Olympiads, and early JEE/NEET readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to classes 6–10 with emphasis on conceptual clarity, logical reasoning, and application-based learning.
• Design and deliver engaging lectures, real-life examples, and activity-oriented teaching.
• Create high-quality notes, worksheets, chapter-wise tests, and assignments.
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalised support to students.
• Track student performance using periodic tests and share constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for NTSE, IMO, RMO (basic level), NSEJS (Math component), and other competitive exams.
• Participate in academic planning, content development, and in-house faculty training.
• Encourage disciplined learning and maintain a positive, motivating classroom environment.
• Support in executing basic math-based activities and demonstrations to improve experiential learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech).
• Strong command over Maths curriculum for classes 6–10 (including Olympiad-level fundamentals).
• Prior foundation-level teaching experience preferred (school/coaching).
• Excellent explanation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Effective communication and classroom management abilities.
• Passion for mentoring young students and nurturing problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience teaching for NTSE/IMO/Olympiads.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools (PPTs, smart board, LMS).
• Creative approach to puzzles, math activities, and reasoning-based exercises.
