Job Summary: We are looking for a highly qualified and passionate English Faculty to teach Classes 8th to 10th . The ideal candidate should focus on strong conceptual clarity, board exam preparation, and Olympiad-level English , while also enhancing students' reading, writing, and comprehension skills . The goal is to develop a strong language foundation, helping students excel academically and preparing them for future competitive exams like JEE and NEET by strengthening their analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive English lessons , covering grammar, vocabulary, literature, and comprehension. Prepare students for School Exams, Board Exams, and English Olympiads through structured learning methods. Enhance critical thinking and writing skills , ensuring students can express ideas effectively. Provide one-on-one doubt-solving sessions to address individual learning needs. Assess students through assignments, tests, and quizzes , providing actionable feedback for improvement. Encourage students to develop effective communication skills for academic and personal growth. Guide parents regarding academic progress and long-term preparation strategies . Participate in educational workshops and seminars to promote language proficiency. Requirements and Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong command of English with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain concepts clearly and interactively . Experience in teaching school-level board exams and Olympiad preparation . Passion for mentoring students and enhancing their analytical and language skills . Familiarity with digital teaching tools to make learning engaging. Prior teaching experience in English for Classes 8th to 10th with a focus on Board Exams and Olympiad-level preparation .
