Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered web portals and applications using tools such as Figma or similar platforms. Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design artifacts that align with project requirements and user needs. Apply expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to ensure designs enhance usability and engagement. Conduct design research and incorporate user feedback into iterations to refine solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to maintain a high standard of creativity and innovation. Develop responsive design websites and address browser compatibility issues effectively. Utilize expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Ensure an adept understanding of front-end optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive web design. Implement a standardized system for efficient design delivery and operationalization. Technical Skills Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web portal designs, prototypes, and POCs. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite. Strong expertise in Color Combination, Layout Design, and UI/UX principles. Experience designing complex, enterprise-level platforms or applications Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills
