Role Description We are hiring a Business Development Manager for our operations in Jamshedpur (on-site, full-time role) . The Business Development Manager will be responsible for: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Building and maintaining strong client relationships Developing strategies to promote the company’s products and services Meeting sales and revenue growth targets Conducting market analysis and preparing sales reports Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth Qualifications & Requirements Mandatory : Prior experience in the iron and steel industry (minimum 2 years) Maximum 5 years of total work experience Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service Excellent written and spoken English, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
