📄 Job Description (Hotel Operations Manager – Executive Budget Property, Hadapsar, Pune) Position: Hotel Operations Manager Location: Hadapsar, Pune (near Magarpatta & Amanora, Solapur Highway) Type: Full-time, on-site About Us We operate a 20-room executive budget hotel in Hadapsar, catering to business and leisure travellers. We are repositioning the property as an executive budget/corporate stay segment and are seeking a dependable and professional Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, guest relations, and maintenance. Supervise and train a small team (housekeeping + support staff). Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and safety. Manage check-ins/check-outs, billing, and guest complaints. Handle OTA dashboards (Booking.com, MMT, Airbnb), pricing updates, and inventory. Ensure accurate record-keeping of revenue, occupancy, and expenses. Prepare daily sales and occupancy reports for the owner. Coordinate with local vendors (laundry, maintenance, supplies). Uphold property rules, prevent misuse, and ensure guest security. Compensation Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month (depending on experience). Incentives: Bonus for maintaining OTA ratings above 4.0, Performance-linked share of revenue above target. Perks: Meals on duty, paid leave, annual bonus. Growth Path Year 1: Manage a single property (20 rooms) successfully. Year 2+: Potential to oversee multiple properties / become Cluster Manager.
