Convert leads into site visits and drive conversions. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the onsite and sales team for smooth communication with clients. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and Odia . Confident, energetic, and persuasive with strong negotiation skills. Prior experience in real estate sales/telecalling preferred but not mandatory. Ability to handle customer queries and provide timely information. Quick learner, target-oriented, and well-organized.
