JOB OPENING: MIS EXECUTIVE Job Summary: The MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making across departments. This role involves generating regular reports, maintaining databases, automating workflows, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities:  Develop, maintain, and update reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools using Excel, SQL, and other reporting software.  Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.).  Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.  Create automated reports and templates to streamline business processes.  Monitor and report on key metrics such as revenue, productivity, cost, and performance indicators.  Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and systems.  Coordinate with department heads to understand reporting needs and customiize reports accordingly. Job Title : Sales Manager Reporting to : Sr. Manager Job Summary: The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong experience in B2B software sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the IT or SaaS industry. Responsibilities:  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.  Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.  Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.  Promote and sell the company’s software products and services (SaaS, enterprise solutions, custom software, etc.).  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.  Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and product demos to clients.  Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.  Track and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.  Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.  Participate in trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as a brand ambassador. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).  5+ years of experience in B2B software sales or IT services sales.  Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.  Strong understanding of software products, cloud solutions, or IT services.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).  Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
