Job Summary: A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell products or services. This role involves generating leads, converting them into sales, and maintaining a healthy customer relationship to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Call potential customers to introduce and explain products or services. Follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts. Maintain and update customer database and CRM system regularly. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Address customer queries and objections effectively. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain a professional tone at all times. Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and English (preferred). Strong persuasive skills and confident telephone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools). Sales-driven mindset with goal-oriented approach. Good time management and multitasking abilities. Additional Requirements: Experience in B2B or B2C tele sales. Prior experience in a similar role or industry.
