Should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience on tools such as SailPoint Identity IIQ, SailPoint Identity Now /ISC. Minimum 2 years hands-on Java development experience – Core Java, Servlets, Struts, Spring Demonstrable grasp of best practices for IAM projects and industry trends Knowledge of development tools such as Eclipse, JDeveloper, Visual Studio, and SQL Developer. Experience in version control systems: SVN, CVS, and GIT. Experience in one of the application servers: Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat Understanding in one or more areas: Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, and Resource Provisioning. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following RDBMS systems: Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, including strong SQL query skills Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing workloads Demonstrated understanding of common programming practices Experience in at least two successful, enterprise-scale complete IAM implementations as a developer & lead role.
