Roles & Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective technical support to Fortinet customers and partners via web, phone, and chat. Analyze, investigate, and diagnose complex technical issues related to the FortiVoice platform by examining logs, configurations, and customer network data. Implement, configure, and troubleshoot FortiVoice Unified Communication Manager. Strong knowledge of SIP protocol to implement, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate SIP endpoints. Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco voice gateways. Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues. Apply basic VMware knowledge where applicable.
